About Auto Search & Send
The Auto-Search-Send feature will automatically send you every single new listing for any neighborhood you choose, each day it comes on the market! I decided this would be an important feature for my website, since houses are selling so quickly- if it's a good deal, it will be gone before I would be able to get out the awesome deals to my clients! So this features allows you all to be the first to see new listings in areas and price ranges you are interested in- then as soon as one comes out, you can contact me, and we will get right out there and see it!
Click on the area of Portland. It will bring up a neighborhood map- and you can click on the neighborhoods you are interested in. You can choose as many neighborhoods as you like- then just put in your price, and email address- and it will automatically send the new listings for that neighborhood to you. If you want to see what is active for that neighborhood, you can do that too. Just click on the neighborhood- put in your price, and click search! If you want a more in depth search, you can click below the map on the rmls site, and put in your criteria!
How to make it work.
1. Click on the Map section showing the area you want.
2. Click on one or more of the neighborhoods you are interested in.
3. Put in your price and email address-- then submit. You can submit as many areas or email addresses as you like!
