Flat Fees for Buyers

I will also handle a sale for a For Sale by Owner for the flat fee of $1000 if you have the buyer ready to write up the offer. I will do all the paperwork and handle the writing up for the negotiations for the repairs- set it up with title and do what it takes to get it closed. I can represent either the buyer or seller- or do a Limited Agency for both. Call me to talk about details. I've done this before for people, but have not advertised it!
