Park Rose and Park Rose Heights

Park Rose borders the Columbia River to the north, 122 nd to the east, Broadway to the south and 82 nd to the east. It has a lot of ranch homes with hardwood floors and fireplaces- sometimes a fireplace in the basement too- usually big yards- and houses are mostly built in the 50's, 60's. It's a good solid family area- and according to Trulia.com, which keeps all the data on what is selling, which houses are being looked at how many times, etc- this area is pretty good! Prices here didn't go up as quickly as some of the closer in neighborhoods- but it seems to be catching up. It's a good place to live if you travel a lot, because it is close to the airport. If you like boating and fishing and just being by water- it's a good area too, because it is close to the Columbia River .
