About Arbor Lodge

Arbor Lodge is bordered by Lombard on the North, I-5 on the East, Ainsworth on the South, Willamette on the South West and Chautauqua on the West. Arbor Lodge is a quaint little Portland neighborhood with lots to offer. It is 5 minutes to downtown, has a Max stop and close to I-5 for easy access anywhere. It borders popular neighborhoods like University Park , Humbolt , Alberta , Piedmont, Boise and Eliot.

The growth and appreciation in Arbor Lodge has gone crazy in the last few years. Some of the improvements include the Interstate Max line built in 2004, a new Fred Meyer, a bunch of cool little neighborhood owned shops and restaurants, and everyone's favorite, New Seasons Market, located on Portland Blvd and Interstate. Real estate values have gone up a lot appreciating 55% or more in the last five years.

There is a great feeling in Arbor Lodge that neighbors care about one another and the community. They have really put a lot of money and love into restoring the houses and the whole neighborhood.
